SPONSORSHIPS

Pink Turtle is kind and generous, one could say altruistic. Accordingly, helping you is what we like to do. We like to sponsor clubs and associations that promote the playing of chess.

So, please send us an email outlining your event details, the number of participants and what you would prefer from our product selection as our sponsorship offer. If you have photos of a similar event you have run before please forward them to us.

Our sponsorship packages always use a selection of product from the PT website. Additionally to create that special atmosphere for your event we will make you a personalised banner and include a few other chess related goodies as well. Enjoy your event and we hope PT can be present.

Then, please be aware we receive many applications. We will assess your request on how well prepared it is. Also understand we unfortunately have to decline some requests or we may offer you goods to a lesser number than those requested.

We only sponsor registered club or association that have a minimum of 50 members with a committee of management. Applications from schools will be considered where the application is countersigned by the principal and the contact person is a teacher.

We do need full contact details for at least two people responsible for the application.

We do request acknowledgement be given to PT as a sponsor and that we are sent photos of the tournament and any presentations. The material sent by you may be used by PT for any future promotions and is to be provided free of copyright by you to PT.

We also have available giant chessboards where each of the squares is 0.5 metres x 0.5 metres and the overall board size covers an area of approximately 4.5 metres x 4.5 metres. The board is built square by square and is available for hire.

We are also able to make to your requirement custom designed large chessboards. Custom boards may use either yours or our designs and even carry the name of your event. You may contact us for either your hire or buying options.
