PACKAGING Every Pink Turtle item is sent to you packaged to ensure its safe arrival into your hands. We have taken great care to use recycled materials where possible, to design the packaging to use fewer materials and to be appropriate for the needs at hand. Very often you will be asking us to make a gift for friends, family or loved ones so the packaging is designed to be of the highest quality to allow it to be presented immediately as a gift with no further packaging. You may in such circumstances choose to use our gift service. In the unlikely event you should ever find a product damaged upon receipt we will replace it.
